Legal framework
As a company based in Luxembourg, our exports are governed by the European Union’s dual-use regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/821) and Luxembourg export control law, and by EU and UN sanctions. Where our products contain components of US origin, the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) apply to their re-export as well.
What we do
We classify our products against the applicable control lists. We screen customers and end users against EU, UN and US restricted-party lists before every shipment. We verify end use, and we obtain export licences where required.
