Commissioning and Factory Acceptance Test
Every instrument and platform passes a Factory Acceptance Test before it leaves us. Desktop Series instruments are commissioned at Vibrationmaster and arrive ready to test. Larger platforms are commissioned on site, unless you ask otherwise — with a second Factory Acceptance Test at your site if you want one.
Quick Start training
Our test instruments are easy to use. For teams who want to start at full speed, we offer Quick Start training: test set-up, the Vibrationmaster Test Suite, and the standards you test to.
Calibration
We calibrate every system before delivery; recalibration is advised every one or two years, following your ISO system. Calibration covers the full measuring chain — the sensors together with their SenseSignal and SenseControl electronics. Send us those; the instrument itself stays in your laboratory. Calibration is carried out with our German calibration partner, who issues the certificate, traceable to the PTB in Braunschweig, Germany’s national metrology institute. The original certificate travels with the instrument. If you already have a calibration partner of your own, they can calibrate as well. And with SenseCalibration, our calibration software for any Windows PC, a calibration partner of your choice calibrates the measuring chain without it ever leaving you — beside the installed system, or in their laboratory.
Maintenance and spare parts
Preventive maintenance keeps an instrument at reference accuracy. Spare parts are in stock for most units, and available at short notice for the rest.
Software updates and documentation
The Vibrationmaster Test Suite develops continuously. Updates, manuals and technical documentation are provided directly to our customers.
