What we need machined
Precision CNC parts, from our drawings, with tolerances measured in microns:
CNC milling up to 600 mm. CNC turning up to Ø250 mm. Materials: steels, titanium, aluminium, carbon fibre and wood. Surface treatments on finished parts: plasma nitriding, anodising of aluminium, black oxide coating.
Series parts for our desktop instruments, and engineered-to-order components for our closed-loop platforms — instrument-grade, every part.
Who we look for
Workshops in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Luxembourg — the regions we consider the benchmark for CNC milling and turning quality. ISO 9001 certification is a requirement. Beyond it, we qualify partners in dialogue: parts, tolerances, first articles.
