The Vibrationmaster J150 Junker Test Bench dual demonstrator is capable of simultaneously testing two fasteners to DIN 65151. The test bench operator can effectively compare and contrast two different fasteners’ self-loosening characteristics. This is ideal for demonstrating the behaviour of competing products.
At only 56 kg (123.4 lb), the J150 is easily transportable to any location and only requires a single phase voltage standard power supply. This makes the J150 dual demonstrator ideal for fastener product demonstrations at trade shows and on site with clients.
The J150 can demonstrate fasteners in ISO metric from M5 to M10 and in UTS from #10 to 3/8. The standard displacement is set at ±1mm. The frequency default is 12.5Hz, but the test bench can be customised with an optional frequency inverter allowing frequency variation between 10 and 15Hz.
The test rig chassis is made from high-strength aluminium. Covers can be custom-built with company logos and are available in fibre reinforced plastic, carbon fibre or Kevlar®. Anodised aluminium handles in the same colour as the chassis come as standard, with an option to upgrade to leather-bound handles. The overall impact of the dual demonstrator with high-end display options is dramatic and crowd-drawing.
