The Vibrationmaster J100 Junker Test Bench demonstrator is capable of testing fasteners to DIN 65151. The operator can effectively demonstrate a fastener’s resistance to loss of preload in minutes, making the J100 ideal for fastener product demonstrations at trade shows and on-site with clients. At only 18 kg (40lb), the J100 is easily transportable to any location and only requires a single phase voltage power supply.
The J100 can demonstrate fasteners in ISO metric and UTS sizes. It can be customised to your specific requirements for bespoke displacement and adjustable frequency. Your logo can also be incorporated.

- The test area can be clearly viewed from both sides to allow increased audience sizes
- Despite its compact size the J100 is a fully functioning Junker Test Bench compliant with DIN 65151 and able to subject fasteners to genuine Junker test conditions
- Fastener sizes include M5, M6, M8, M10, M12 ISO Metric and #10, #12, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2 in UTS
- Frequency is adjustable during operation between 10 and 15 Hz
- Changes of fastener size take one minute, allowing rapid changeover of test subjects during demonstrations
- Can include adapters for ISO metric or UTS size fasteners
- The tablet included with the J100 features preinstalled ‘VM Test’ software that can be used to demonstrate the test results and loosening curve onscreen, in real time
- Connects to a digital projector to display test results and loosening curves.
