Ole Jorgensen, Chairman
Ole joined the Vibrationmaster board in October 2010, bringing with him his huge experience of the global manufacturing and engineering sector. Ole was the fourth generation of his family to manage the international machine manufacturing group RM Group A/S (Ribe Maksinfabrik), before it was sold in 2010 to AH Industries. The business now focuses on creating components for the offshore energy market.
Morten Schiff, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to acquiring Vibrationmaster in 2010, Morten was a serial entrepreneur and business angel, investing in a range of successful Danish ventures. With a background in auditing and international finance gained with BDO, Merrill Lynch and Prudential-Bache, Morten has recently been awarded a degree in Global Manufacturing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He acquired outright ownership of Vibrationmaster in 2010 and is the commercial driving force behind the business.
Jesper Boesen Nielsen, Special Advisor to the Board
Inventor and engineer Jesper originally devised the concept of the Variator in 1988. Since then he has refined the deceptively simple mechanical concept into a commercially viable technology. The applications of the Variator are considerable, and the first products to adopt Jesper’s invention are Junker Test Benches and Vibration Tables. Jesper remains on the Vibrationmaster team as an advisor, so that he can continue to apply his inventiveness and engineering expertise to ongoing and future test product innovations.
